Can only hope he stays fit and available, certainly brings experience. Just hope this doesn't mean Corr is out the door, not overly fussed if Muzza goes though

Lots of Hibees posting to say that they were wishing he was still with them and also sending their best wishes to him and the Rovers. Being told by them that he's also, in general, a really good guy. |

I'm not sure about this one. At times last year I thought we had one of the slowest defences in the league. I don't see Stevenson elevating this problem.
However, I have full trust in IM and our recruitment process so I'm hoping to be proved wrong. Plus, what a great video from out SM team.

On paper a good signing but time will tell
Not one who pays a lot of attention to players ages more on ability but thats 3 defenders 30+

A few years before that Willie McNaught finished playing with a season at Brechin aged 40. A year ( maybe two? ) after he left we were relegated. Three players with plenty of experience and ability. |

Just watched his interview with Davie, very impressed, I like the quiet ones on camera they tend to do the business on the pitch. And by the way, get his young lad signed up, great touch with both feet

Hard to say something that wont come over as at best negative and at worst disrespectful. However you have to wonder about signing a 36 year old player who plays in a position that is expected to be box to box, possibly he won't be the long term leftback by the time his contract expires he will be 39 and I can't think of many fullbacks still plying their trade at that age.
He brings loads of experience and hopefully there's more to this signing than meets the eye, perhaps he's one for the future but not in a playing role.

There's always the exception.
Stanley Mathews played on the wing at the top level up to age 50 in the days when wingers were expected to run up and down the touchline all game from around the halfway line to the bye line.
Maybe, just maybe, Lewis has the fitness required for the job asked of him.
You just never know how long you can maintain your fitness at its very best.
He'll certainly have the experience and positional sense if nothing else.

The amount of experience he will bring to the club on and off the park can only be beneficial.
