Robbie hangs up his boots and retires from playing but is still staying with the Rovers as the goalkeeper coach. Excellent that he's still with us. Thanks for your work over the years and all the best for the ones to come.👏👏👏👍 www.raithrovers.net/robbie-thomson-retires/

Me too. Well done Robbie, and thanks for everything. I hope you remain happy in your extended coaching role.

So we need to add in some competition for big Kev next season then. Any thoughts on who is available that would a) be a good back up and happy to do so, and b) who can we afford that can challenge the big lad for the #1 jersey because as we all know, a lack of competition leads to complacency.

Andy McNeil the #2 is still in talks with the club. Rather hoping that we get him to sign up.

I'm with you Embow. Andy looked more than capable any time I have seen him play between the sticks.

Watched Robbie up at Pittodrie, and even though we lost, the Dons fans were raving about him in the pub afterwards. His penalty shoot out antics at Dens are legendary.
