A good quality player, certainly makes our midfield a more robust package and gives IM great flexibility, flat 4, diamond or a 5 in the middle, not to mention the continuity it brings.

Happy that's he signed up as he's a very capable midfielder. Not sure we ever had the midfield mix right last season that was able to see the best of him. Give him time and space and he can dictate a game and make some great passes but at he can also put himself under pressure while in possession and that's caused us some problems in matches. In the right midfield set up though he is a real asset.
